Pricing and purchase

A clear view of the investment before you commit.

INQ. is a fixed-price implementation offering. Your package covers the agreed implementation and assurance support, with ongoing product bug fixes and patches included and no recurring per-user licence cost. The price is agreed around your intended use, current processes, and Microsoft 365 environment before implementation begins.

  • EDMS foundation included
  • Electronic Training Management System (eTMS)
  • Six baseline processes: CAPA, deviations, change, audits, complaints, and suppliers
  • Three-workshop configuration process for each module
  • Testing, adoption, and handover

Choose the pathway by starting scope

  • EDMS: controlled documents and records as the starting point.
  • EDMS + eTMS: document control plus training and competency records.
  • Configured eQMS: EDMS, eTMS, and the six baseline quality processes with tailored configuration.
  • Quality Essentials: a separate monthly ISO 9001 pathway with its own scope and terms.

Migration, integrations, bespoke process changes, additional modules, and customer platform costs remain separate unless included in the agreed scope.

Prices shown are indicative implementation prices in AUD for the package scope. The final fixed price is agreed before implementation begins. Payment is made in three non-refundable instalments: 40% at kick-off, 40% when the implementation is deployed to the testing environment, and 20% for the final milestone and deployment to production. Ongoing product bug fixes and patches are included; additional modules are AUD 15,000 each. The EDMS + eTMS package is a combined implementation offer priced at AUD 55,000 rather than the sum of separate module prices.

Separate ISO 9001 pathway

Quality Essentials

A separate monthly pathway for ISO 9001 organisations: AUD 1,500 per month after one-time onboarding from AUD 7,500, with a 12-month minimum term.

Explore Quality Essentials

EDMS and eTMS pathway

Start with EDMS and eTMS for AUD 55,000.

eTMS is included in the Configured eQMS package alongside the six baseline quality processes. The AUD 40,000 EDMS package excludes eTMS and eQMS modules; the combined EDMS + eTMS offer is AUD 55,000. Additional modules beyond the package are AUD 15,000 each.

What changes the final scope?

  • Training and competency workflows through eTMS
  • Migration of existing training records
  • Additional configuration and testing
  • Adoption and role-based training support

Commercial model

Pay by completed implementation milestone. Keep using the system without per-user licence costs.

The agreed implementation price is billed in parts as the implementation milestones are completed. Review and sign-off take place during the testing stage before the final production deployment. Changes requested after production deployment are treated as Configuration Management and billed separately at the applicable consulting rate.

Included after implementation

  • Ongoing product bug fixes
  • Product patches and maintenance releases
  • No recurring per-user licence fee
  • Microsoft 365 environment remains yours to govern

Commercial terms

Clear costs, responsibilities, and support boundaries.

Pricing and payment

All prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST. The agreed package price is billed in three non-refundable instalments: 40% at kick-off, 40% when the implementation is deployed to the testing environment, and 20% for the final milestone and deployment to production.

Review and sign-off happen during testing. A milestone is complete when the agreed implementation scope has been delivered for that stage. Changes requested after production deployment are Configuration Management work and are billed separately at the applicable consulting rate.

Quality Essentials uses the approved monthly model: onboarding from AUD 7,500, then AUD 1,500 per month with a 12-month minimum term.

Included support

Standard product bug fixes and patches are included. Business-hours support is available by email and phone. Response targets, escalation, and service commitments are defined in the contract.

Day-to-day administration is excluded unless separately agreed.

What remains separate

Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Entra ID, Power BI, and other customer platform costs remain the customer’s responsibility. Migration, integrations, new features, and bespoke process changes are scoped separately.

Quality Essentials pricing may be reviewed annually, with any increase limited to 10%.

Ownership and continuity

Your data and configuration remain yours.

The customer owns its data and customer-specific configuration. QikSolve retains ownership of Workbench and the reusable INQ product. Contract terms define renewal, cancellation, data access, and the handover approach at the end of the relationship.

Included in the conversation

  • Migration scope and data quality assumptions
  • Module milestones and customer sign-off points
  • Support response and escalation arrangements
  • Renewal, cancellation, and data handover terms

What shapes the investment

Start with the work that matters most, not a one-size-fits-all package.

01

The process you want to improve

Start with the quality workflow creating the most friction, whether that is document control, CAPA, change, training, complaints, suppliers, or another agreed area.

02

The scope of your first module

The investment reflects the forms, stages, routing, permissions, registers, reporting, and evidence requirements needed for the first usable process.

03

The support your team needs

Workshop facilitation, configuration, testing, migration, integration, and adoption support are discussed openly so the delivery effort is clear.

How you buy

Know what happens before the work begins.

01

Discuss your requirements

Tell us about your current process, the pain points you need to address, and the people involved in the decision.

02

Shape and review the scope

QikSolve leads a focused workshop and uses Workbench to define the baseline. You review the decisions and understand the effort before approving the next stage.

03

Agree the first rollout

Move forward with a clear scope, responsibilities, implementation plan, and staged path for extending INQ. when the first process is working.

No unnecessary commitment

Make a sensible first decision.

You can begin with one process and extend the system as your organisation gains confidence. The first conversation is about fit, scope, and the path to a useful outcome, not asking you to commit to a full transformation before the detail is understood.

Bring to the conversation

  • The process creating the most friction
  • Your current paper, spreadsheet, or legacy eQMS workflow
  • The people who need to review and approve the baseline
  • Your Microsoft 365, migration, validation, and reporting expectations

Next step

Discuss the right starting point for your team.
